What we do is 100% independent — no label backing, no corporate funding, no investors. Just two people chasing a vision and putting everything we have into it: Sabian behind the studio, production, merch, and all the technical work, and Matt handling the marketing, traveling, funding music videos, and pushing the brand forward. Every single part of this is built from the ground up by us.

But here’s the truth most people don’t see: it all costs a lot of money to keep going.

• Studio Costs: Sabian has invested thousands into professional gear, software, sound treatment, instruments, and maintenance just to keep the studio alive and able to produce at the level our music requires. Beyond that, there are ongoing costs — plugins, upgrades, utilities, and the countless hours of engineering, mixing, and mastering that go into every track.

• Merch Costs: Merchandise isn’t a big payday like some might think. Even if you see a shirt for $20, we often only see $3 of that after printing, materials, and fulfillment fees. The upfront cost of getting merch made — designs, prototypes, and inventory — is steep, and most of it comes straight from our own pockets.

• Music Videos & Marketing: Matt has been covering the expenses of travel, filming, and promotion. Videos, ads, and distribution all add up fast, and without outside funding, it’s all financed by us directly.

• Website: Yes, even what you're reading this on cost money every month to keep this website up and running. 

We want people to understand — what you see on the surface (music videos, merch, live shows, polished songs, website) is the product of countless hours of unpaid work and financial sacrifice. Every song, every video, every shirt, every detail — it all comes from us hustling behind the scenes, away from our families, making sacrifices with no guarantees.

That’s why we ask for donations. It’s not about luxury or greed — it’s about survival. Donations go directly into keeping this dream alive: covering studio costs, producing music, funding visuals, and giving us the ability to keep building something bigger without crashing under the weight of expenses.
